Locally, you can sell pop tabs by finding a local Facebook buy/sell page and post them for crafters. Then you don't have to bother with shipping.
You can also sell them on Etsy or eBay. On Etsy I have seen them being sold for as little as a penny each. I see similar prices on eBay for clean, sorted pop tabs. However, colorful pop tabs can sell for double. The prices realized all depend on supply and demand when you happen to be selling them.
The value in scrap aluminum is worth much less than they are worth to someone making crafts with them.
You could try to sell on Craigslist or Facebook Market.
