How do I go about selling a 1983 Cabbage Patch doll? She has the original signature, original clothes and diaper. I have the birth certificate and adoption papers, but no box.

The black signature is from 1983. You can check it out here - mycpkcollection.weebly.com/
On eBay they are selling right now $6 to $60. The dolls bring in a higher value if they are still in the box. Right now is not the best time to sell these dolls and I would suggest that you wait a bit and try at a better time when the market is a bit better.
This may not be a good time to try and sell dolls but then occasionally one will sell so that is up to you.
Dolls of all kinds were slow sellers even before the current problems as some sellers just list their dolls and leave them up for months/years and some never sell. This is true on eBay and Amazon and maybe even other sites.
There is a doll like yours presently listed for sale on eBay for $65 so you might want to place a watch on her to see if she sells. The back history of this dolls shows she has been listed a long time and actually sold in March but apparently was never paid for so she's up for sale again. She does not have the birth certificate.

If you decide to list your doll you can start your price as high as you wish and just lower it if no one shows an interest.
You can list her on any of the sites - eBay, Facebook Marketplace, LetGo, OfferUp. Show good pictures and all information and you may get lucky and sell her quickly. Just be careful with shipping costs.
There are so many Cabbage Patch dolls for sale. Although nice, this doll is not boxed or new(never opened) this will reflect the value. On eBay the price goes up to $50 if you are lucky.
