I have a Mersman table in very good condition. I was wanting to sell it. Can you advice me on who to sell it to or where I can sell it?

I would sell it locally. Shipping it is too expensive, since it is only worth around $50. The Facebook Marketplace charges no fees, and you will deal with local people.
Shipping fees and packaging supplies to ensure safe arrival will be costly. Selling locally would be ideal. You can try Craigslist, Facebook Market, Word of mouth, NextDoor.
This particular style (drop leave with queen anne legs) of Mersman is still highly sought after in many markets in the US. I have seen them sell for $100-150 in some markets (retail establishments).
The best way to fetch that much for yours is to either try to sell it at an in person venue like a flea market or through a reputable consignment/vintage/antique (that takes things of all ages) shop.
Ideally look for a shop where you are paid on the spot. If you select one that pays after the sale be sure to read the conditions/contract carefully as they often slide the price down after a certain period. For example, if it sells first 2 weeks it is full price, week three it drops X percentage, etc.
Also be sure to pick it up from the store if for some reason it doesn't sell. In most shops if you don't, you lose the rights to the item.
If you try to sell on your own--like through local Facebook sale/want/trade groups or Craig's list, you will need much better photos--well light, show the table with leaves open, closed, show close ups of the legs and underside. Also give a very accurate description of any condition issues.
Post back with how your sale goes! Thanks for sharing!
There are some excellent garage sales apps that can be downloaded and installed on your phone. You can list the table there to sell it locally. You can also try to list this on Craigslist. I would not advise to sell it online because it will cost too much to ship it to the buyer. Tabhle like this are still selling for 100 to 180 dollars.
