Where in Scotland can I sell my porcelain doll collection of about 15-20 dolls all in really good condition? Some one is even H. Samuel limited edition collection pieces.

Do you have Craigslist in Scotland? You can try Facebook Marketplace. eBay will get you a worldwide audience.
Do you have tag sales or flea markets or can you do a yard sale? Do you have consignment stores or resale shops in your area? There are your best bet for selling MOST dolls.
Why?
The world market is glutted with dolls at the moment, and unless they are very old French or German gals and guys that are highly sought after, most dolls--for example the H. Samuel limited editions, have low selling points in almost all venues (like eBay, Etsy and other online auction sites) and you just won't get much for them once you have to add shipping and all the fees you would have to pay for an online venue.
I encourage you to check eBay's sold section to try to get a good feel on your doll's values in the open market. If you see there are some that are selling (SOLD PRICES, NOT ASKING PRICES) for nice amounts, you could always go that route and list them on eBay.
For most dolls, the most bang for your buck will be to find local venues to do in person sales.
Post back what you decide and how your sales go! I always love to learn how it works out for people especially in different parts of the world.
I personally would sell them at a flea market or even a second hand shop on consignment. There are so many listed on eBay and it takes forever to sell them off there.
