This is extremely fragile and so I would recommend trying to sell it to a local antique shop or consignment shop.
I am not familiar with this pattern, however, unlike the beer items you had in other posts, there is still a market in many places for pieces of R&S Prussia china--which is surprising since most china has become valueless.
I will try to find this pattern and maybe be able to give you a general value--but true value will be what it is worth where you live, which is why having a third party buy it from you to resell or sell it for you will be the best way for you to proceed.
