You can sell on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist or eBay
This one, if you don't have the saucer, you be able to sell it to replacements.com.

Contact them and ask if they are currently buying this pattern--send a photo with the email message.
Ask them to send you the price list (what they pay) and if you like what they offer, double box this item up with lots of bubble wrap and packing peanuts and send it off to them.
You will get a check for the value. You do have to see if the value you get will be worth it, since shipping will probably be 8-10 dollars.
Selling on eBay without the saucer won't get you much--maybe 2-4 dollars, if that.
Not having the saucer may not hurt you if you sell to Replacements.com because they are helping people find missing pieces to their china--like just a cup or just a saucer.
