I have an original Cabbage Patch doll with signature and original adoption and birth certificate papers, in good condition. I want to sell it, but am not sure what the going price is for this collector doll.

There are hundreds of cabbage patch dolls for sale on line. Prices range from $10 to $50. Most that are selling, is under $25. Sometimes the best offer price goes to new/package dolls. You could do bid offers, but even that is slow right now. So maybe a yard sale or consignment could bring in more!
The market these days is not good and especially to sell dolls. In the last few years doll sales online have declined and people are almost giving them away for such a low price and still people are not buying them.
Too bad you do not have his box but him being a boy doll and having his birth certificate may help sell him for a little more money but probably no more than $35.
There are thousands of these type dolls listed on eBay (US & foreign) and hundreds listed on every other selling site and very, very few will sell for more than $25 and even then a doll may take months or even years to sell.
If you decide to list him for sale it is best to have several good pictures and a good description.
Sometimes these dolls sell better on venues like Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, letgo, offerup and etc. You can even start your price higher and lower if no one shows an interest.
