I found these four figurines and have no knowledge of whether they are old, or have any value. They have no markings, and they stand on wooden bases

These could be Chinese "wise men" or "immortals". The image is too small to confirm, but customarily each depiction would be carrying something (an infant, a piece of fruit, etc.) to symbolize happiness, fortune, etc. Such figurines were popular in the West during the 1960s. These are a nice size, and while the value is dependent on mark, material, and completeness of individual accessories / whole pieces to the set, I'd assume these are not particularly valuable as antiques but rather as casual period decor.
Usually pieces of value have identifying markings on them. My guess is that they have no value.
It is very difficult to place a value on items that have no markings unless you happen to have personal knowledge of what these may be or you have experience valuing items like this.
If these were mine I would take them to several Asian/Oriental stores and restaurants and see if they can provide any information. Anything they can tell you will provide a starting point for doing more research.
I'm fortunate as I have a university nearby that has courses dealing with all things 'Oriental' and students receive credits for helping outsiders find information.
You might have something like this close by?
There are lots of books in the library but without some basic information, it would be too much to consider.
Whatever you decide, if you list these for sale, be sure to take very good pictures (from all angles) and provide a very good description; especially the size and material.
I think these are Chinese figurines.
