My friend and I did a spring cleaning for a 3400 square ft. house. We cleaned and dusted 4 bedrooms and cleaned 5 baths. We also cleaned the oven, fridge, mopped floors upstairs, and finished downstairs. We cleaned the window frame downstairs of bugs and cobwebs, etc. We were there for 7hrs. After this we will be cleaning it weekly. The house is rented out on a weekly basis. How much do we charge for the spring clean up and how much for the weekly charge?
