Using this basic recipe, you have the freedom to use different layers of sweets to build this cookie bar.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 1/2 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, cookie crumbs, or a mixture of both
- 7 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp sugar (unless you are using cookie crumbs)
- Toppings:
- chocolate chips, coconut, toffee bits, other flavored chips, chopped up candybars, etc.
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Steps:
- To make the crust, pulse graham crackers and/or cookies in blender. Pour crumbs into baking dish. Add melted butter and sugar. Blend well. Press onto bottom of baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

- Remove from oven and add toppings. Just sprinkle each topping over crust. I don't measure but probably about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of each topping. Pour sweetened condensed milk over top. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and slice.
