I have bought a mini sewing machine. When I start to stitch both threads are moving on the cloth, but there's no stitch. What shall I do to solve this problem?

Are you sure you have the bobbin inserted correctly? These mini machines are a bit fiddly to get the lockstitch function working if the bobbin isn't inserted exactly the way it should be, and the bobbin thread pulled up before trying to stitch.
Follow the instruction step-by-step for threading upper and lower paths, and the instructions for setting the machine for stitching. If that doesn't help, go online and type in the exact name of your machine including any numbers in the name, and add the words 'how to stitch with' or 'how to sew on' - several pages should come up and there may be some videos online at YouTube for your model, too.
Good luck, very frustrating when a new machine wants to be difficult!
