Personally I wouldn't keep lemon curd for more than a week in the fridge but it will freeze well for up to three months. As for the pie, sure you can freeze it but it certainly won't be the same smooth texture once thawed :-(
Click on lemon pie filling. (I think that lemon curd is similar to lemon pie filling.)
I make lemon curd with fresh egg yolks and freshly squeezed lemon juice. I advise people that receive my lemon curd to refrigerate it and consume within 7-10 days.
