I have a 55 day old female Shih Tzu. We got her 3 days ago. She was eating properly and has been very active until now and was eating properly until this evening. Now she isn't eating at all. We tried giving her GI food and Cerelac too, but she isn't eating at all now and we are worried.

She is probably still just adjusting. Are you feeding her the same food as she had before? Is she drinking? Is she pooping and peeing? Is she lethargic? Does she had diarrhea? Is she vomiting?
If you answered yes to the last 3 OR not drinking, then get her to the Vet ASAP.
My Carmel Ann was the pickiest of picky eaters when she was a pup. She would go days without eating (the vet was fully aware) and then when she was hungry she would eat. She outgrew it quickly. The vet said she was adjusting, teething, and generally an anxious pup (she had a bit of a rough start in life).
The one thing that would always entice her was canned chicken--just a tablespoon or so. I got her to eat the dry food with mixing in a little of the chicken and the dry and eventually went to all dry.
Post back with an update! Wishing you and your pup lots of fun adventures!!!
If she was eating and drinking before I would be concerned. Please call the vet.
Try calling or emailing a pet help line,or utube for other puppy owners with similar problems.Maybe a vets office call center can give advice before you visit.
With her being a small breed like a shitzu I would always be a little worried when they're not eating even if the pet is acting normal because it can cause a quick drop and their blood sugar. Please attempt to get the pup to eat with something super yummy like boiled chicken and white rice and then mix in with regular food.
If this continues for another day I think I would call the Vet. Especially if she stops drinking. Dehydration can come on quickly. If she develops diarrhea get her to a Vet right away. Parvo virus is a possibility in a puppy that age, and it can be deadly if not treated carefully.
