We just had the dreaded nail polish remover stain on leather scenario, and the shoe polish tip has worked a treat. It's a brown leather sofa and I just worked some brown wax shoe polish into the stains, let it dry, then buffed it up. The stains weren't too bad and one application does seem to have done the trick. Happy days :)
