I totally agree..January is thrift store shopping spree month..I received a new set of dishes for Christmas, therefore I filled a box of my old dishes, cups and saucers. I gave them to a thrift store. Also, thrift stores have name brand items in their stores and some employees are not aware of the value of these items. I have bought brand new shoes, clothing and household items after Christmas holidays due to purging of households.
