If serving a meat, veggie and cheese quiche, I like warm honey, glazed sweet potatoes with a little brown sugar and fresh orange juice or zest mixed in. A small side green garden salad topped with a grape tomato rounds out a filling and colorful meal. Trish
Jacket potatoes and sweetcorn
I havent heard of anyone besides my mom and myself call them jacket potatoes my favorite is oven baked jacket potatoes!!

Jacket potatoes are very popular in Britain because you can fill them with so many different fillings to make a meal. Personally I like pasta salad and coleslaw with my quiche. Grated beetroot goes well too.
