Gold Post Medal for All Time! 555 Posts Broccoli from the garden with ham and provolone cheese from the deli counter, make a fast and simple, but delicious dinner!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- broccolli heads
- 1/2 lb ham
- 1/2 lb provolone
- butter or margarine
- mustard (if desired)
Steps:
- Cut broccoli from stem and steam in a pot.
- Grease a casserole dish with butter. Place the steamed broccolli in the dish.
- Dot with butter.
- Add a layer of ham slices to cover the broccolli and top with your favorite mustard if desired.
- Top with provolone cheese and either place in the oven until cheese melts, or put a plate on top and put it in my microwave to melt the cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
