Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1/2 lb baby squid
- 1/2 lb baby octopus
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large limes
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- tostada shells
- salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/3 cup cotija cheese
Steps:
- Toss together all the seafood, salt and pepper, juice from one of the limes, and garlic in a large bowl. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Cook seafood for a few minutes until slightly golden on the outside and opaque in the center.
- To assemble, take a tostada and add a spoonful of salsa. Top with tomatoes, onions, avocado, and seafood. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and spritz with lime.
