My family adores Stromboli. It's really easy to make when you use pre-made pizza dough. You can use any amounts and combination of fillings. Here, I've used Portuguese linguica and a mix of veggies. I then threw it in my toaster oven. One of these is cheese-free for my dad!

Yes! Like a more compact and rolly calzone! What's great is when you have leftovers, you cut them and they're great for taking with you out of the house. :)
