copper undermount would be nice. i like it more so because white stains a bit easily
I would think the biscuit apron would blend in with the colors better in your kitchen.
I would go with apron biscuit it will match your kitchen.
Your kitchen has a lot of white already, I would go for the copper under mount. I think that would make it look really nice and give more dimension to the room in its entirety.

If so I would go with the apron biscuit as the cabinets are a sand color.
I would choose the biscuit. It is a warmer look than stark white.
