I have a 3 seat recliner couch that folds down in the middle for drink holders and it only reclines on both sides not in the middle. There are no separate cushions.

You are going to have to get a custom slipcover for this. If you sew or know anyone who does maybe they can help you make one. I do not find any type of slipcover that you can use for this anywhere online.
