Ingredients:
- 3 lb beef chuck roast
- 1 oz package powdered onion soup mix
- 2 packages powdered brown gravy mix
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup water
Steps:
- Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker liner bag. Seal and freeze.
- To cook, place slow cooker liner into the slow cooker. Cook until tender- about 8 to 9 hours on low.
