I make my own trail mix snack baggies with 1/2 cup multi bran Chex, a couple tablespoons of dried cranberries and a dozen or so almonds. It is not as fattening as the prepackaged trail mix. You can also add some cheerios and raisins. My husband likes to keep snack baggies of this in his desk for the afternoon dip in energy.
