Snapper SR 110 Won't Start?

I have a Snapper SR 110 riding lawn mower with the 8hp engine and it was running fine the last time I used it a week ago. When I went to use it today I tried to start it manually because the battery was dead. It pulled fine the first 2 pulls, but on the 3rd pull it felt like compression was building up and then just seized all together. Does anyone know what may be causing this? It has not been run without oil or gotten hot at all. I charged the battery and all it does is click.

I am not an expert...so this suggestion is based on what happened to a friend (not same brand...just a rider)...check to make sure you don't have something nesting in the mower...

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL as my friend had a paper wasp nest that was causing all the issues...once it was gone (she had to google how to do this safely)...the problems resolved.

If you know it isn't something residing in your mower...consider calling the company customer service and getting their feedback! Their info is www.snapper.com/.../support.html
