Combine all ingredients and beat well. Add enough white snow to thicken.

We don't use eggs because we don't want to have to cook the custard to keep down bacteria but we use canned evaporated milk and that makes it very rich. You most always have canned evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla in the pantry. You can make snow cream when you're snowed in and the kids are driving you crazy. It's always been a special treat in our family and we look forward to big snowfalls so we can gather enough clean snow. (11/17/2005)
