It's fun to try out new recipes with my instant pot and to do something to make vegetables more flavorful.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Yield: Serves 6.
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth
1 16 oz. bag frozen green beans
3/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp butter
Steps:
Turn instant pot to saute setting. When hot, spray with cooking spray and add bacon. Saute bacon until crisp.
Add onion and saute until translucent about 1 minutes. Cancel saute setting and add chicken broth to pot, scraping down bacon drippings for flavor. Add remaining ingredients.
Pressure cook for 7 minutes. Let pressure drop for 10 minutes before removing lid and serving.
