A super easy and quick marinate made with everyday ingredients that I am sure we all have in our kitchen - soy sauce, garlic, and dash of black pepper.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: Grill few minutes per side
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 10 garlic cloves (minced)
- 6 lb pork shoulder
- 2 tsp black pepper

Steps:
- The night before, I will prep marinate for the pork shoulders. Chop garlic and add into zip loc bag along with black pepper and soy sauce and olive oil mixture.

- Place pork shoulder pieces into marinate mixture and refrigerate overnight.

- Ready to grill! Turn on your grill over medium heat, grill each side for a few minutes until done and then you're ready to enjoy!
