A family favorite and a cross between lasagne and spaghetti.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Yield: Serves 8.
Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti, cooked in boiling water
2 Tbsp margarine
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
1 lb ground turkey
1 jar canned pasta sauce (Prego, Ragu, etc.)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella
Steps:
Brown turkey in pan and season with salt and pepper. Add pasta sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain cooked spaghetti. Add butter, beaten eggs, and Parmesan cheese to pot. Stir until butter and cheese is melted. Pour into greased casserole dish. Add cottage cheese on top of pasta and spread evenly. Add ground turkey/sauce mixture on top and spread evenly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
