I would like to have some idea how to answer after having received an award as best supplier.

In a speech it is always good to thank everyone who made the award possible, and hopefully include your boss/superiors in their role in it
then always a good personal story about grit, courage, consciensciousness, industriousness, etc - whatever the skill set that allowed you to get where you are today. For instance 'when i was a kid and had my lemonade stand i always knew that i was willing to work hard for success'
then a bit about why your work is important to the world at large, something like 'as a supplier we are an invisible but fundamental link in the chain which allows commerce and customer satisfaction to exist.
then close with some other thank you
Start with thanks. Say how much you enjoy being their supplier. If there is anyone who helped you, thank them. Make the speech short and sincere.
