Speech Ideas for a 20 Year Service Award?

Congratulations on your award! That is amazing!!

I had to give a brief speech for like this several years ago and it went something like this:

I am honored to receive this (I named my award). It has been an amazing journey and I am grateful that I have shared it with this team and this company.

Special thanks to (and I named current my VP, Director, Manager, and Peers and then several previous employees who were influential in my career and in attendance).

It is a blessing to know and work with each and every one of you. We make a great team.

Here's to 20 more years! Thank you!!!

Now for what everyone is REALLY here for....CAKE TIME!!! Let's eat!
