This is a great, fresh-tasting salad! You can use bagged spinach or if you grow fresh spinach in your garden, that is great in this, too!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 sm. onion
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/12 tsp. salt
- 1 bag spinach leaves, cleaned and torn
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 8 slices crisp bacon
- 3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
- fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions:
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, ketchup and salt. Pour over rest of ingredients.
