Got a Jiffy Corn muffin mix from my in-laws. I got tired of making muffins so I'm making it into square cookies. It turned out really good.

Ingredients:
1 box Corn Muffin mix
1 egg
4 Tbsp condensed milk
4 Tbsp evaporated milk
2 Tbsp brown sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
2 Tbsp butter
Steps:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until lumps disappear. If possible, add corn muffin mix a little at a time so it's easier to break the lumps.
Transfer in a baking pan, then chill for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 150 C.
Bake at 150 C for around 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool then cut into squares and serve.

I'm a huge fan of turning conventional boxed items into something they're not supposed to be. This looks good!

I just want you to know this is definitely a keeper. Even my neighbor wanted the recipe (she could not believe the ingredients). Thanks
