I bought a squeegee at the dollar store. It has been the best way to clean my granite countertops. I spray glass cleaner on my countertop and go over with a sponge. I then squeegee all the liquid into the sink. This works so well and my countertops shine.

Change your window cleaner to an orange/vinegar mixture and you will stay healthier. Window cleaner has ammonia in it. The squeegee part is a great idea.
I dont think youre supposed to use glass cleaner on granite. Just soap and water. I think you may degrade the sealer on it after a time.
I agree with Sandi's comments. You don't want ammonia around areas that will come in contact with food, etc.
