Staining Kitchen Cabinets?

I put a weathered gray stain on my cabinets in my kitchen. I replaced all back an side panels. The cabinets were sanded to bare wood and I put a wood conditioner on them. They turned out gray blue. What to do to to correct? The manufacturer has no help for me. I need help with what to do. Is there anything besides resanding and starting over?

Resand and start over. Just stain a small patch. If you like the results, continue. If you don't, get a different color stain.
