How do I get a stainless bowl out of a saucepan? I have tried the oil method but have had no luck.

I would fill the top pot full of ice, then set the bottom pot in a sink of very hot water and see if they will come apart that way. I'd also make sure to re-oil where the 2 pans are connected, as well.
Try another method: Using Hot Water and Ice
www.wikihow.com/
1. Fill your sink with hot water and put inside your stuck saucepan with the bowl, but do not let any water get in the bowl.
2. Place a handful of ice cubes in the bowl.
3. Twist the bowl and saucepan in opposite directions.
Ice in the top bowl, and put the whole thing in a sink full of hot water.
There are several recommended solutions but if you have room in your freezer, just place pots in the freezer for about 5 minutes; remove and slightly twist in the opposite direction.
Just as information: suggestions are for metal contains and NOT glass containers so be sure to check before doing any of these solutions for stuck glass containers.
