Obiwan is in command of his Star Ship Land Rover Expedition Carrier affectionately known as the "crate-on-wheels" soaring past 45.6336° N, 122.6028° at speeds of up to 70 mph. Earthlings recognize his authority with a quick wave as he acknowledges them at all stopsigns and red lights with a Commander's brief but appreciative "Woof woof" and tail salute.
Of all planets in the Milky Way, the life forms on earth have his fidelity to protect them by intercepting those who would defile the ecosystem.
