Stay Healthy During Flu Season

This is flu season. If you have to see your doctor for a check up or because your sick, DO NOT pick up a paper, brochure or especially a magazine! It is the easiest way to pick up an infection or another illness you don't have. I was very sick with the flu and had to go to my doctor. I wore a mask because I was coughing a lot and I watched a woman across the from me lick her fingers as she turned the pages on a magazine she had picked up! I think the FDA should ban any literature, paper or magazines from all medical and clinical offices. In today's world, people have tablets, iPads and their cell phones to occupy their time or bring your own book.
