Stonehearth Hutch is the fourth painting in Thomas Kinkade's very popular Christmas Cottage series.
You do not provide enough information about your painting for anyone to know for sure exactly what you have.
It appears to be a lithograph that was made in one size and your frame was probably hand picked but without stating this, how do we know for sure?
I only found one similar lithograph and the painting was not sold but was removed by the seller. The asking price was $575. I believe this may be too high a price for this painting.

Here is a list of retail prices for this painting:
The first item shows the lithograph at $188 (free shipping) but does not mention a frame.
If you decide to list your painting for sale I would suggest starting at a higher price - $300 - with all offers considered and offer free local pickup or shipping. If no offers after several weeks then reduce the price and wait again.
Personally, I would value the painting at about $100-$150 but it may take a year to sell.
Shipping really needs to be done by a professional service, especially if there is glass involved. Shipping will be expensive.

Hopefully you will have very good luck with your sale.
You're welcome.
Hope you have great success as these paintings are beautiful.
Don't forget - start high and lower if no offers.
Post us a link to your sale listing and maybe someone will be able to offer pointers for your ad.

Your Thomas Kinkade Stonehearth Hutch is not signed and there is no number. I don't think your picture can be sold for a high price. Here's Thomas Kinkade Stoneheart Hutch Gold Colored Frame 20x16 with the price $ 61.99 www.walmart.com/
This one is asking $575. www.ebay.com/
I could not locate any number on mine. There is only the golden signature left down. Would this count as Kinkades signature?
