I have a tiny kitchen. And I only use my back up crock pot once in a while. Recently, the mini pizza baking stone got stuck in the drawer and I had to take the top drawer out and 'unstick' it.
When I used my crockpot recently, I was ready to put it back in the drawer and realized there were things that would fit inside, making room for the mixer and pizza stone.
I put my veggie steamers inside and was a happy camper when the lid fit on the top "and" the drawer closed and opened!
