It's amazing how a thunderstorm can take down a huge tree by the roots. This one was in the middle of the neighborhood and no other trees fell. Thankfully the house only received minor damage.

Pennsylvania weather can be unpredictable at times! A snow and ice storm quickly swept through eastern PA one April a few years ago. The weight of the ice and snow caused this tree to fall right on the storage shed, causing major damage.
This was during a storm April '05 in Medford Lakes, New Jersey. The water level was very high and the current was as you can see very strong.
