I just got my hair permed and don't like it. I got it permed four days ago. Can I use a perm to straighten it or is it too early?

Wash your hair as soon as possible. When a friend had this happen we used extra virgin olive oil to treat her hair and get rid of the curls. You don't want to use more chemicals on your hair.
You need 1/2-1 cup of olive oil
Step 1
Heat olive oil on the stove until warm, not hot.
Step 2
Apply the warm olive oil to your hair
Step 3
Massage olive oil into your hair and scalp for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Comb your hair to make sure all your hair is covered in olive oil
Step 5
Wet a towel with warm water and wrap around your hair
Step 6
Leave in about 30 minutes then wash hair twice to help with removing oil
Step 7
Do this every day for up to a week until your hair is straight again.
It took 3 days for my friend's to straighten out to what it was before the perm.
We googled what to do to get rid of a bad perm and olive oil was suggested on many sites. It worked for her. I wish we had taken pictures, but this was several years ago.
I would not put any thing on a new perm for fear of damaging the hair. For now I would just wash the hair every day for a week or more to relax the curls, and use a straightening iron to pull the curls out, you might like it with a little "bounce" to it !!
I would not use another treatment so soon. It could damage your hair. If you had this done at a salon, go back and ask them to fix it.
Step 1
First start with a deep conditioning so your hair will not be so dry.
Step 2
Then put waving lotion on your damp hair.
Step 3
Completely saturate hair with waving lotion comb through your hair.
Step 4
Keep combing your hair until you start to see curls relax.
Step 5
Then do it for five more minutes.
Step 6
Then rinse well.
Step 7
Condition hair daily too prevent drying.
