Diamond Post Medal for All Time! 1,298 Posts Here is another muffin recipe I made for the kids to eat on the way to school. These muffins are great because they are convenient to eat on the go, packed with protein and nutrition!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Yield: 1 dozen muffins
Ingredients:
- 3.5 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, bakers extract and milk.
- Add hemp seeds, flax seeds, almonds, strawberries, and blueberries.
- Mix until combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin with cupcake liners, or grease muffin cups with oil and distribute batter evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until your desired liking then. Allow muffins to cool and enjoy!
