Strawberry Shortcake Parfait

These tiny little treats are perfect for a party! If you use a mason jar, they would also make a yummy gift for someone special. I used this recipe for Strawberry Shortcakes. When it's time to cut the shortcakes, I used a smaller cutter (approx. 2.5 inches).

To assemble the parfaits, place a shortcake into the bottom of the glass. Top with a layer of strawberries, followed by a layer of whipped cream.

Add a second shortcake, another layer of strawberries, finishing it off with a nice mound of whipped cream. Enjoy!
