In the complex I live in here in Salem, OR, I came upon a magical sight!

Ok, it wasn't magic, but it was pretty cool. A spider's web no doubt had connected to a leaf from the roof, and wouldn't let go. It looked like it was suspended in the air, refusing to let go and drop to the earth.

I have seen this with twigs, scraps of paper, and other leaves.

Our city is ripe with maple, oak, and other trees that turn every color of "fall" that you can imagine. Seeing this was just another perk of living in the Northwest!

Hi - neat photo - my daughter likes to take pictures like that. I believe that if you can find something "cool" in a magical leaf you are most likely richer than most people around you.
