I have a problem with America in WWII magazine. I have been a customer since 2008, no problem. The last issue I got was Oct.of 2018, even though my subscription is paid thru November/December 2019. I have been to the Post Office twice, made at least one call a month to the publisher, but still no magazine. It's a bi-monthly magazine.

I would contact them and let them know about the issue you're experiencing.
Some cases could be the carrier delivered to the wrong box (happens to me all the time with mail!)

I know this has to be frustrating but I'm going to ask anyway.
Have you found a number to call or address to write on the inside cover of your magazine?
This is probably where you got the publisher's number to call but occasionally there will be other numbers or addresses.
It is possible that a "mailed" letter with all of your information may get better results than an email or telephone call.
It may also help if you know the date of your last paid subscription.
Sometimes the written word will get more attention than any other means.
