I don't know how many marshmallows are in a 10oz bag, but you can use 80 miniature marshmallows and one tsp corn syrup to equal one cup of marshmallow cream.
For 1 cup marshmallow cream, heat 16 large or 160 miniature marshmallows + 2 tsp. corn syrup in the top of a double boiler.
