My birthday is February 18th and I'm turning 16. I don't usually have parties for my birthday, but since it's my 16th I want a party. My parents don't have a lot of money and my house isn't big enough to host a party.
I want to do something with my friends that's fun for everyone, but I'm not sure what to do. Where I live there isn't anything to do really. I'm stuck and I need help. Can anyone help with ideas?
