I want to have a 16th birthday party. My parents are divorced and my dad said he would pay for it, but most of the people that would come would be on my mom's side of the family and she is not willing to help my dad pay. My dad has enough money to afford it, but I feel bad making him pay. I want to wear the big dress, but have a small party. What do I do?
