I have had this recipe in my book for over two years now and finally made it the night before Thanksgiving. It has three ingredients (not including a few spices) and is so good!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Total Time: 40-45 minutes
Yield: About 6 strips if you use a large breast.

Wow looks really delicious!
This sounds really delicious and when there a few ingredients it is even better. No fuss no muss.
I agree!!
It really is super simple. You can put your spices in a bag and shake the chicken in them if you want, but it ruins the spices so if you do this, make sure you only put enough to use. Then discard anything that is left.
Really sounds good - I love freshly baked chicken and bacon can only make it better. Add sweets and sounds like a winner to me. Top that off with easy and adaptable for 2 - okay!
thanks Sandi,
Betty
You are welcome Betty! I love this dish and it is really easy.
One of my sons visits for 3-4 days a month (since he is now retired) and I love to find new recipes that I think he will enjoy. He loves brown sugar - even uses it in his coffee! - so this was right up his alley.
I've been looking for a way to spice up plain chicken breast strips. This is it.
Thanks
