Ingredients
- 5 or 6 medium yams
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup pecans
Directions
Cook and mash yams. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Melt margarine. Add corn flakes and nuts. Stir and coat well. Sprinkle on yams and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
